However, it can be a study reference for all people interested in the theme with a view to “ensuring quality and inclusive education of quality, and promoting opportunities for lifelong learning for all” (SDG4).

Post-doctorate by the Open University of Portugal – Scholarship Capes. Researcher Professor at Federal University of Santa Maria. Master and PhD advisor in the Graduate Program in Education and in the Professional Master's Program in Educational Technologies. Leader of the CNPq Research Group: Study and Research Group on Educational Technologies of the Network (GEPETER). Has experience in Education, focusing on Teaching-Learning / Educational Technology. Works mainly in the research lines Public Practices and Policies and Management of Educational Network Technologies in the themes: educational technologies, distance education, pedagogical mediation, Technological- Pedagogical Fluency (FTP), didactic materials, Open Educational Practices (PEA) and Open Educational Resources (OER).

Daniel Pinheiro
Daniel Pinheiro is a pedagogue, master in education, member of the Research Group in Education, Communication and Technologies (GEC/UFBA), professor of Basic Education and has in his career several activities as a pedagogical coordinator in projects related to education and digital technologies. Currently, he is doing a sandwich internship at the University of Barcelona as part of his Doctorate in Education (UFBA / 2017), where he researches on the production of teaching materials by high school teachers in the context of cyberculture.
