our history
The Open Education for Better World program was initiated by Tanja Urbančič, University of Nova Gorica and Mitja Jermol, UNESCO Chair on open technologies for OER and open learning, in 2017 after the second World OER congress held in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Tanja Urbančič and Mitja Jermol coordinated the program from 2017 – 2022; in 2022-2023 round the program was managed by Veronika Dolar with assistance of Anja Polajnar.
